Terms of service
TO COMMISSION ME:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Read and accept my ToS.
1. Requesting a commission:
- I accept commissions only through my commission form, only when I am open for them (Follow my social medias to find out when I am open!).
- If you get a commission slot I will contact you about it and add you to my Queue
- You are free to cancel your commission slot in my Queue if you are no longer interested and I did not start working on it yet.2. Payments:
- I charge upfront when it is your turn or you are 1/2 slots away from your turn.
- Prices are in USD.
- I collect payments through PayPal invoice. (You can also pay with credit/debit card through my Ko-Fi).3. Process of your commission:
- I give no deadlines, you will receive your art as soon as I can finish it.
- I always show progress of your art in order: sketch > lineart > colors (depending on what is your commission), and changes you want me to include.
- I can do minor changes as long as I am not too far in the process of your commission.
- Commission is finished after you accept the final preview of your piece, then you will receive your file/s.
4. Managing your commission:
- I upload commissions to my social medias including name you provided in the form or your nickname showed during my events. Let me know at the very beginning if you want your commission to be private.
- You are allowed to upload your commission as long as you mention me as the artist.
- You are not allowed to sell or make changes to any of my commissions (You are allowed to use them as profile pictures / backgrounds / etc, as long as you mention me as the artist).5. Refunds:
- Please commission me if you are 100% sure you want an art from me.
- I will refund 75% of your money if you are not happy after seeing a sketch, no refunds after that.
- I claim the right to cancel your commission at any point if your behavior or actions are rude, mean or cause problems; no refunds for wasted time.
